The straight sidewalls and 10" basin depth give the sink a flat bottom and offer more usable space for stacking, soaking, and washing dishes. Sound-deadening pads on the side and under the sink minimize noise and vibration for a quieter time at the sink. The sink is pre-drilled with four faucet holes. Drains are sold separately.
